The first sneak-peak
Hi everyone! I’m back with another devlog to share the latest progress on Skull Clicker. Over the past few weeks, I’ve been working on balancing gameplay and refreshing the UI to make it more clean and user-friendly.
UI Updates One of the major changes is replacing the XP counter with a dynamic XP bar, giving players a clearer view of their progress. Additionally, I’ve introduced a new currency called Souls, which players can earn by spending time in the game in one sitting or through special events.
Event Menu and Gold Event I'm excited to introduce the new Event Menu! The first event, the Gold Event, features three exclusive gold skins. Each skin can be unlocked progressively: the first one costs 500 Souls, and players need to purchase it before the next one becomes available which I think is a great way of adding an event and something to look forward to. If you have any other suggestions for how the events should work please comment your ideas.
Release Timeline This update is still in progress and likely won’t be released for quite some time. I’m committed to making sure everything is polished and enjoyable, so thank you for your patience as I bring these new features to life.
